बिनवा खड्ड में डूबने से बैजनाथ थाना के तहत चौबू में एक युवक की मौत हो गई। मृतक का नाम विशाल उर्फ वीरू था, जो नगेहड़ (चौबू) में रहता था। बैजनाथ थाना के तहत चौबू में एक युवा की बिनवा खड्ड में डूबने से मौत हो गई। मृतक को विशाल उर्फ वीरू, नगेहड़ (चौबू) बताया गया है। पुलिस ने बताया कि शुक्रवार को विशाल, जो वैल्डिंग करता था, अपने दोस्तों के साथ नहाने के खड्ड पर गया था। उस समय वह अपनी बातों में व्यस्त था। जिस स्थान पर विशाल नहा रहा था, वहां से एक तेज आवाज आई। इस दौरान दो युवा ने विशाल को खड्ड से निकालने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वहां उपस्थित लोगों ने उसे बाहर निकाला।  बाद में विशाल को बैजनाथ शहरी अस्पताल लाया गया, जहां डाक्टरों ने उसे मर चुका बताया। बैजनाथ पुलिस स्टेशन के डीएसपी अनिल शर्मा ने बताया कि पुलिस ने अतिरिक्त जांच शुरू की है। शनिवार को शव का पोस्टमार्टम कराकर परिजनों को सौंप दिया जाएगा, उन्होंने बताया।
